Demolition Skills

88thStreet  I did a double take as I drove by this recent demolition on 88th Street.  A large Cape Cod style home  previously occupied the spot.  Now…just the living room fireplace stands!  Impressive demolition skills.

I’m guessing someone wants to salvage the bricks??

    Could it be someone looking to claim it’s a renovation and not new construction for tax purposes? ;-)
