Beautiful September Weekend

Nun’s Beach Surfing Contest is underway.  111th Street and the beach, Stone Harbor. 

The sky was an incredible mix of colors early this morning.  Beautiful…

Perfect fall weather for the annual Wings n’ Water Festival- events throughout Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Middle Township.

And, a busy weekend for real estate showings, too.  Sale activity is picking up!

    Absolutely beautiful, can’t beat 7 mile island in September!

    I also can’t wait to be one of your future buyers! It’s a dream to live down there and I gave myself a 2 year window to become a year round resident! ;)
