I continue to admire the architectural details on the newer homes. Â Off season walks allow easier house stalking- Â the opportunity to check out exterior siding, light fixtures, trim work, railings, and shutters. Â Oh, and the splash of color!

Burn off a few Christmas cookies on Saturday, December 28th in Avalon, NJ.The annual Craig K. Lozier Memorial Scholarship fund raiser.

Snow??
Disappointed that I missed Sunday’s first snow fall of the season.Hoping for a “snow at the shore” picture opportunity today…but so far, only rain and quick melting flakes.

Technology and Traveling
Returned last night from a family visit in North Carolina- and successfully dodged the snow storms on the drive home.
How did we function before smart phones and GPS? Â I was able to check radar, read the weather Tweets, and then change the route accordingly on the GPS.
Finished the long drive home with a calm ferry ride across the Delaware Bay at sunset…

Brought my beach walking shoes to work….a perk of an office near the ocean! Â Avalon Fishing Pier.
