Sale Inventory

The reports regarding lack of inventory may sound like real estate spin, yet it’s definitely true for segments of our market.

The lower priced condos are selling ($300,000 to $500,000), and there is a strong demand for single family homes priced under $1,000,000.  The side by side townhouse style condos are still popular ($700,000 to $800,000 range depending on age/condition).
