During the past 30 days (which included an interruption from Sandy), a total of 24 properties SOLD (settled). Â The final selling prices ranged from $417,000 for a basic cottage located over the 21st Street bridge in Avalon; to $2,600,000 for a newer beach block home on 115th Street in Stone Harbor.
The median selling price was $855,000.
In addition, there are 56 properties sale pending; with settlement scheduled to occur within the next few months.  The median asking price for those sale pending is $995,000.
