During the month of August, there were 22 properties sold/settled in Avalon and Stone Harbor. Â An additional 42 are sale pending with settlement scheduled within the next few months.
Island-wide, there are 338 single family homes on the market, ranging from $475,000 (for a “court” cottage), to $16,875,000 (a brand new 8,500 square foot custom home on the beach). The median list price is $1,995,000.
183 condo/townhouse units are actively on the market, ranging from $169,000 (a hotel/condo) to $1,995,000 (bay front townhouse). A median list price of $719,000.
Buyer, sellers, and the local real estate agents 🙂  are feeling optimistic about the fall market.
