Sweet: Watching a family walk down to the beach early this morning to “say good-bye” to the beach and ocean. And a father surf fishing with his daughters- one even had a pink fishing pole!
Sweat: Sauna like weather today…even by the water. I keep the thermostat in my house set at 78 degrees (I’m eco-friendly…and cheap!)- it felt like a refrigerator when I returned from my walk.
Keep cool. Sea breeze expected later today 🙂

What happened yesterday at the Point in Stone Harbor??
Not sure. We saw several Borough of Stone Harbor emergency vehicles drive to the end of the point, and then the Coast Guard helicopter circling. Will post if I hear what happened.
Based on a reports, a 49 year old woman went missing from the beach in North Wildwood (Herford Inlet), and Stone Harbor was assisting in the search- along with the Coast Guard. Unfortunately, her body was found in the ocean off of Avalon. Sad…
