 I had my concerns about the bike lane, but I have to admit- it works. The bike riders stay off to the side and for the most part- ride in the correct direction. I feel safer when I am on my bike; and when driving, I’m glad the young children have guidelines to stay focused on the road.

For the most part, I agree, but there is still some education needed…. I was there vacationing a few weeks ago, and on more than a couple of occasions, drivers used the lane to swerve around other drivers they felt were “going too slow”, Causing me to have to take evasive action.
Definitely not cool.
