Starting to see “opening soon” signs on the doors of island businesses- that’s encouraging.
In the meantime, Uncle Bill’s in Avalon is closed for a few weeks for renovations. Â Will have to find another go to spot for Friday breakfast!
I’m finally back to my early morning beach walks…progress!
And, I’ve been rewarded with great weather and beautiful sunrises 🙂
A variety of sights on my mid-day trek: landscapers cutting a lawn, a drone flying over head, and a few hardy surfers!
South Jersey Gas has announced a work schedule for locations in Stone Harbor NJ:
Installation of 2†and 4†yellow plastic natural gas mains will take place along Berkley Road, Sunset Drive, Corinthian Drive, Sunrise Drive, Weber Court, 111th Avenue, 110th Avenue, 109th Avenue, 108th Avenue, 107th Avenue, 106th Avenue, 105th Avenue, 104th Avenue, 103rd Avenue, 102nd Avenue, 101st Avenue, 100th Avenue, 99th Avenue, and 98th Avenue. Work on Berkley Road, Sunset Drive, Corinthian Drive, Sunrise Drive, and 99th Avenue will be completed first, followed by the side streets.

I’ve always enjoyed walking- especially along the beach (year round).
Since my back surgery in December, walking is now classified as “Doctor’s orders”!
Thankfully, I live and work in a very walkable community. Â I can choose between beach, boardwalk, downtown, or bay side locations…and stalk real estate at the same time 😉
Oh, and did I mention the views?

I may have met some of you “back in the day”; either at the Avalon office of Diller & Fisher in the early 80s through mid-90s, or Avalon Real Estate in late 90s/ early 2000s.
