Passwords have been changed and all back to normal.

The extension project for the Avalon Fishing Pier continues. Â The pier previously ended just past the buildings.

The 70 degree temperatures forecasted this week are not likely for locations close to the ocean.
That wonderful sea breeze we appreciate all summer long often makes for cool spring weather.
If you are riding down and planning a walk on the beach…bring an extra layer to block the chilly air!

Returned from a warm weather vacation to a coating of snow…and a few determined spring bulbs!

Out of the Office
A brief break from the office this week. Â And surprise, surprise…we are headed to the beach!
Warmer beach walks for a few days before returning to work on Saturday, March 5th.

On To March
February is the month to “get through”.
On the other side is March…with more life on the island as businesses re-open and property owners return for the season.
As of March 13th, we gain an extra hour of daylight for walks after work…and even sleepyheads can catch the sunrise!
Looking forward to seeing a few more neighboring houses with lights 😉
