FYI- as reported, the beach fill project will continue through the early part of the season. Â In the meantime, sand paths over the dredge pipe will allow for safe beach access.

Are the Avalon beaches also being restored through the early part of the season? I see you reference Stone Harbor, but I was curious about Avalon too.

Avalon completed their beach restoration over the winter months. They were working on the beach entrance paths a few weeks ago, but all heavy equipment is now off the beach.
I was on the 30th Street beach on Friday for the ribbon cutting- the beach looks great!
