Presidents’/Valentine’s Weekend at the shore = thoughts of spring =  kick off weekend for sales and rentals.  Hopefully the weather will fall in line, too  😉
Colder this morning. Thankful for the distracting views on the beach!
Have a good weekend.
A beautiful winter day- warm sunshine and no wind (my views this morning from the 8th Street jetty in Avalon).
Great time to make plans for the summer. Â I will be working all weekend to help! Â 609-967-7950 Â or ann@anndelaney.com
Our rental market is very active- the cold weather often has that effect!
If I can help you or your friends with a vacation rental in Avalon or Stone Harbor, please let me know.
Or, if you own a shore house, I would appreciate the opportunity to offer it on our web site.
Thank you for your business and referrals!

We expect a busy weekend with prospective tenants. Â The streets are clear and dry, but the snow has yet to melt around the homes. Â Wear your boots!
It’s already up to 20 degrees (9am). Â With no wind and the warm sun, it actually feels mild outside.
Unless your shore property is completely winterized (all interior water drained, and anti-freeeze added to the toilets, washer, etc.), you should take the time to check your home this weekend. Â The temperatures will be well above freezing, so you will know if there are any issues with frozen pipes.
We LIVE here and had a pipe freeze in our 2nd floor master bath (a hand held sprayer). Â Thankfully, we were able to turn up the heat, and the pipe defrosted before any damage occurred.

Weekend Plans
Someone on Twitter asked about pedestrian access over the Townsends Inlet bridge for the annual Sea Isle City Polar Plunge. Â According to a sign posted on the Avalon side of Ocean Drive, pedestrians and bicycles are prohibited.
