Views from my early morning walk!
The “put everything away” rule does not apply at all households 😉
Our agency has vacancies in several of the vacation rental homes we represent.
And last night I noticed a few “vacancy” signs downtown (surprising for a Saturday night in prime time).
I wonder if last minute vacationers think it’s too late to book?
We welcome the procrastinators!
And, I’m here to help 609-967-7950.
Rental property owners would like to fill the remaining open weeks, and I am here to help!

It’s that time of year again- The Islandman Triathlon (a Tim Kerr Charities event).
Race Director Midge Kerr is looking for volunteers along the bike course to monitor traffic. Â This is a closed course event for the safety of the participants (when you see how fast the riders pass, you will understand!)
Saturday, June 29th between 7:15am and 9:45am. Coverage requested for each block on Avalon and First Avenues along the course.
Volunteers will receive a logo shirt, plus witness a fun event!
Please let me know if you are available to help: Â ann.delaney@timkerrsir.com
For more information regarding the triathlon:

Thanks!
For some reason, the rental activity has slowed down considerably. Â Agents in other offices report the same issue.
If you know anyone thinking about a vacation on the island, please encourage them to contact me.
It’s not too late to find a wonderful home or condominium in July or August.
Thank you for spreading the news!
In Avalon, leashed dogs are permitted on the beach only in the off season- September 30th through March 1st. Â In season, dogs are not permitted on the beach.
Stone Harbor offers more options- dog walking is permitted on all beaches between 80th and 122nd Street from 7pm to sunset in season. Â Off season (mid-September to mid-May)Â leashed dogs are permitted any time of the day. Â The Stone Harbor Point Conservation area (south of 122nd Street) is off limits to dogs year round.
That said…
I walk on the beach every day year round, and there are often as many dogs as people 🙂
Over Memorial Day weekend, I was jumped on by an overzealous Doodle, and then decided to walk off the beach after spotting an unleashed Doberman!
I am happy to share the sand with your family pet, but PLEASE keep them on a leash.
