Tim Kerr 7 Mile Run

Avalon, NJ–  The annual 7 Mile Run and 5K Run/Walk will take place this Sunday, September 4th at 8:30am.  Registration held Saturday afternoon and before the race on Sunday morning.  Avalon Community Hall- 30th and the beach.

The Cedar Island Swim (postponed by Irene last Sunday) will take place on Monday, September 5th.  And the kid’s Splash N’ Dash takes place Saturday, September 3rd at 6:30pm.
