What’s Selling?
During the past 30 days, 26 properties in Avalonand Stone Harbor, NJ SOLD.  I have highlighted a few as an overview of current real estate values:
1) An updated 1st floor condo – one of 4 in a building located in the beach block of 21st Street in Avalon. 2 bedrooms, plus extra den. Sold for $515,000.
2) An attractive townhouse style unit in Cornell Harbor off of 8th Street in Avalon. 3 level inside unit with a garage, 2 bedrooms plus a den and loft. Boat slip included. Community has a bay side pool. Sold for $700,000.
3) An old seashore home on 31st Street in Avalon on a 50′ lot. Buyer will tear down the structure and build a new house to re-sell. Sold for $720,333.
4) A neat and clean contemporary rancher built in 1986, and located between Dune and Ocean Drive on 13th Street in Avalon sold for $750,000.

The median price of all single family homes sold was $1,702,500.
