Stone Harbor and sections of Cape May Court House are participating early- electric service went out just before 5am due to an accident in Middle Township. Service is expected to be restored by mid-day. No problems in Avalon.
Update: It’s 8:45pm and sure enough, our street is mostly dark. Oh, wait…we’re surrounded by summer homes!
