Shore Flu
I used to think I was too young for a flu shot…I have a different opinion now. After several days of rest and medication, I’m almost ready to face the real world again.
One of my doctor’s suggestions: saline solution. But why buy a product that is available for free?? A walk outside in our damp, salt air has the same effect
